It’s official ’ the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia has been supplying more than 60 percent of the cocaine smuggled into the United States. The U.S. Department of Justice is now after the rebel group’s 50 leaders, who have been indicted for allegedly selling $25 worth of the naughty substance all over the world. Boy, oh boy.
Lost & Found
Tanya Nicole Kach was reunited with her family this week after her 10-year disappearance. The young woman, now 24, had been kept in the house of a middle-school security guard, who didn’t allow her to leave his home for the first four years. She was discovered Tuesday when she approached a convenience-store owner and explained she had been held at the man’s home for the past decade, only two miles from her parents’ residence.

The MTV Video Music Awards will be staged in the good ole Big Apple this year, the MTV president, Christina Norman, announced Wednesday. After a two-year stint in Miami, the awards show is heading back to its roots. So be sure to tune in and watch on August 31.
