Paris to Police: C-Ya Bitches!

Paris-Hilton-out-of-jail

33

It’s official – Paris Hilton is out of jail after a less than 72 hour stint. Also, and quite sadly, it proves that celebrities can get away with ANYTHING if they put their money to it…i mean mind…my bad Dr. Freud. The reason for the early release? Last time I checked, telling everyone “That’s hot!” was not grounds for early release. OH NO, Paris Hilton was released due to over-crowding. Hate to be melodramatic, but not since the freeing of Barabbas has their been such a tragic miscarriage of justice.

Look – I am not saying we hang her, but little primadona trust-fund babies need to learn than the world has consequences. We are not only doing them a disservice, but every American that pays taxes and relies on the justice system has just been fisted by the LA judicial system. I am sure they are excited about the new Hilton Municipal Recreation Center that her Mommy and Daddy will be building for LA in 5 months, but overcrowding??? SHE HAD A PRIVATE CELL FOR F*&^SAKE! Was it too small for her and her liver?

Overcrowding is not defined as a party of one, but rather a gross overpopulation in a very confined area. Paris in a room the size of my studio apt – is not a crowd. If there is an issue, how about ridiculous marijuana possession “convicts”? According to sources, over half a million people are arrested a year for having miniscule amounts of pot – yet this skank and her dopey-assed binge-and-purge socialite friends drink and drive like it’s an Olympic sport and get away with it.

I throw the bullshit flag! If one of us got caught (after multiple infractions no less), we would be running our tin-can up and down the bars of our local country jail for MUCH longer then the slap on the wrist she received in the first place! The point is, once we as a society establish a double standard for celebrities to commit generally accepted crimes – where does it end?

Ok, OJ aside – and R-Kelly and MJ aside – right…then there was Charlie Sheen and Robert Downey, Jr. – dammit, Mel Gibson got away with it too…

Fine, you win celebrities – we as a public are f*&^ed. It’s true, as a group you are able to commit any crime with zero backlash. Maybe you lose some PR points, but we are fickle and forget about it as soon as you do some stupid-assed PSA about the dangers of whatever crime you committed. Kudoes…I guess.

Sad though, what the hell is this teaching 10 year olds about justice? I mean, I am old enough to KNOW I should be outraged, am I just bitter or does anyone else thing this is a travashamockery?!

No. She does not need to learn that the world has consequences. She does not need to. It is perfectly irrelevant to all of us whether she went to jail or not. It is perfectly irrelevant what she will do from now onwards, and when the celebrity status starts to wear down, she will be perfectly irrelevant herself. Why bother. I for one would have done the same had I been in her situation.

I think 5 days is actually standard for the type of crime she has committed, however all this weird shit about "Medical Reasons" is strange. Usually, with the aid of an attorney you can get that house-arrest program thing going after some time spent locked-up. 5 days and then house arrest is pretty typical I believe, although in lieu of the many, many, kids out there doing several months of jail time for pot possession, it would have been nice to see this entitled bitch stay locked up for awhile.

Paris will never bee irrelevant. She is a Superstar and superstars do not burn out or fade away- they just get brighter. Paris is love.

Paris is not the first to go through alcohol withdrawal in jail. should we let out all of the criminals who detox in jail after 72 hours?

Anyone that thinks Paris Hilton is a superstar, "love", or anything good should be removed from planet earth…permanently…there is zero hope for you to blossom into a meaningful, worthwhile member of society. Just ask yourself if you really believe that what she's had to deal with at this point is fair in comparison to what you or I would have to deal with if we had committed the same offenses. She's a worthless hole!

Looks like the clubs will be moving to the Hilton Estates . . . Effin Morons!!! Medical reasons my arse, she found a Doctor to come up with whatever possible so she could go home and sleep in her 800 count sheets and talk on her precious Celly. Paris, along with any other wealthy person, will never have to bow down to the justice system. Unlike the general public (like myself) I would rott in jail before they took a bribe or even a doctors medical note. The Justice system is a complete Joke, and Paris helped to make it an even more known Factor. Thanks Paris for being a spoiled brat who's parents money and name get you out of the worst jams. MORONS!!!!

Just goes to show how corrupt our system of "justice" really is. I don't care if Paris is in jail or not – or lives or dies for that matter. But what is troublesome is the double standard in our justice systems. An average american would have served the entire sentence. Mary, You got medical issues – tough. Jim, You're having a mental break-down – tough. Do your time.

The law is supposed to be unbiased and this preferential treatment is appalling

  19. Mark says:

Yes, poor poor Paris. Now she'll be confided to her mansion. Talk about a harsh punishment.

This shows you that our society really has broken down into the haves and have nots. The haves can do anything they want, included multiple acts of endangering society and get away with it. The have nots would be fined ungodly amounts AND thrown in jail for more than 45 days, let alone 72 hours.

Our system of justice, much like Paris herself, have become a pathetic joke.

Come on now if O.J. Simpson can get away with murder what makes you think another rich person will do time for a DUI or Driving on a suspension? Paris has a medical condition called lack of attention in that sm cell. The many that do have medical conditions barley get the care they need in jail and they certainly are not let out!!! Most are made to suffer until their time is up. Just proves it's who you know and how much money you have to buy your way out!!

All you morons who think she has been mistreated remember that when she drives drunk without lights and runs over someones kid… Oh wait, poor Paris then too. At this point everyone should start using the Paris Defense in the courts….

    Thu, 7th Jun 200710:54 am

Yeah Yeah Exe – The old "wait till she runs over someones poor kid driving drunk B.S." It's so tired. Paris is deserves better. If it were Princess Di, she wouldn't have served one day.

  24. Parisite says:
    Thu, 7th Jun 20071:04 pm

Princess Di and Paris Hilton in the same sentence? What are you retarded? Jesus – how those are even close to being equals defies common sense – do you get out much Hillbilly JenX2? They aren't even in the same league, dead or alive. Parisite needed to be knocked down off her holier than thou ladder and the justice system sux, much the same way Parisite did in her 'one night in paris' vid.

  26. Travis says:
    Thu, 7th Jun 20073:01 pm

depends on what the local law is for how long they sit in a cell. I dont know LA, but in Texas its 24 hours for a DUI then you go to court and if you have a good lawyer sometimes you can get it knocked down to something else on your recod and pay a huge fine ($10,000 if I remeber right) I have no idea for driving on a suspended liscense except that they take away your liscense for much longer. All that said, because shes a celebrity they should have punished her to the maximum extent of the law. I dont say that out of some vindeta against celebrities or paris in particular, but because she is so famous people would pay attention and see what happend to her might persuade some people from drinking and driving. (OMG look what happend to Paris, and shes a celebrity… Id be sooo fucked if that happend to me…) And as for her hitting someones kid… drunk drivers do that all the time so whats to say Paris wolnt do it one day? Or what if she plows into a car and kills someone? It is more than plausible that she could have killed someone every time she drove drunk. Its kinda like playing russian roulet with other peoples lives and greater odds of killing someone.

I had a friend who had a nervous break down in jail, she got treatments in a mental ward for two weeks with a police offer in the room. her crime avanding and resisting arrest, and was part of his break down. He had to do 30 days in jail. LIL Kim never had a recrd before she lied to the grand jury, and she did a year and a day. And she had 3 warnings. Lil Kim and Martha should be piss.

What I'm wondering now is how this house arrest thing works…Is it a set limit on how much space you can wander around in? Like there's some standard setting for how far away from the transmitter you can go? or is it defined by the house itself? The black kid living in a 500 sq. ft apartment gets 1000 feet to move around in, and then Paris gets 4000 feet? I'm curious as to how that works…and this bs about medical reasons; If its a mental thing its the Psyche ward at County for you, and if its an actual physical ailment, its the jail ward at County. She got fucked on the sentence initially, agreed, but why did she drop her apeal? Pretty sure she did it so that she'd go in, serve some time, and then get some huge 10 mil deal for an interview. The reality is that the justice system where celebrities are concerned is indeed broken.

We, the people, are tired of they, the egotistical, rubbing their peckers raw at our expense. The Hilton's have raised their daughter to be a shallow, empty drain on society. Are we really supposed to be amused by her lifestyle? Mice can fuck. What does Paris offer society, with of all her advantages. She cunts, like a common mouse.

Setting her free, when so many are held to the letter of the law, makes the law irrelevant.

I declare open season on all the, shallow, mindless, users. What we need is a Russian Revolution.(Mind you, not much left there.) The Zarists have have proven, once again, that we can not expect "wiser", more wealthy, members of society to do anything other than take advantage of We The People. All they want is to create an underclass to exploit.

Might we learn a little from the failed Russian Revolution? I hear echos, everyday, of desires of We The People, to regain our status as friend to every nation. A consequence of business, pretending progress while just sending your son, and my brother to foreign countries, to enable their soulless corporations to exploit the resources of other poeples,(paying profit only to stockholders), is that we are no longer "John Wayne", in the family of nations. We have become "Hitler", imposing our ways, and what we want upon others. That is not who I want to be. That is not what America is. Who do you want to be?

Send that hag back to jail. She is no better than anyone else. And if there is no justice here, what are we doing there.

    SINCERLY!

    We The People
