Although it is unhealthy to do people drop 20-30lbs overnight, its called running in a sweat suit and some garbage bags.

Or you can do it the healthy way, and you can get your ass out of mcdonalds…and do some running…hell if you live within a mile or 2 of one adn you have to go JOG TO IT…atleast that way your doing something productive.

Saying you want to lose weight isn't enough…

and half the people that say they eat like a fly only eat like that in front of people…they're the same people you see housing on the big mac and super-sized fries driving down the road…
