Look it up on the internet. They give you weak ankles,no arch support and poor posture.

You can build up some tolerance for heels by

wearing them more often, and they look so much

Finally. I had friends every day who wore heels in our concrete-bound high school campus. Uhhh, no. It's Florida, I'll wear flip flops thanks. I never got why people where okay torturing themselves.
