I have had two occasions whereby their customer service was less than satisfactory. They frequently put the wrong sizing information on their products and then change it later on in the day when the item is sold out. I have spoken to a couple of people who have had terrible experiences with them Gilt and Gilt fuse are by far my favorite sites. I've only ordered one thing that was short-shipped & they e-mailed me to tell me & issued me my refund plus double the price in credit! Also, I have never received anything that appeared to be fake. The only problem with a site like this is that it becomes very addicting very fast - shopaholics like myself have to be careful! I love this site! I ordered 4 items, after 1 month only received 1 item with an inactive tracking number that never worked. was told 1 item was over sold so i wouldn't be receiving it and that i should wait some more for the other 2. it's been 2 months since I ordered so I called again, only for them to tell me that i'll be getting a refund on those other 2. Thanks for telling me earlier!! WOW... worst site ever.
