Third, people tend to think the elliptical is easy because (especially for LifeFitness machines) they don&#039;t keep their heels down. Try keeping your heels down while you do it - it&#039;s that much harder. Lastly, these machines are never accurate to the exact number. You want to keep up the resistance (try a machine on a higher level than 1 or 2) and again, for ellipticals, keep your heels down! ]]></description>
