I also live in the south btw.

It has been hard getting on the right food mindtrack with so much temptation around.

I am a vegetarian (mostly vegan), but often a junk food vegan if I’m not careful.

Gross food (tasty, but gross). People wonder why they are overweight or more importantly, unhealthy (now or later in life).

KFC is known for it cruelty also, anyone who eats there should research this subject and decide what they should do morally (and no, I’m not a PETA “crazy.”

Food is supposed to be fuel for your body.

Sure you should enjoy it. I in no way could eat a raw sprout and tofu diet, but eating to fuel your body (not just your senses or emotions) should be in mind.

Afterall “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

and you are what you eat.

Well I live in the south, I’m not from here though. and yeah I agree, they are extremely heavy meals and make me feel like I instantly gain 15 pounds.

I love the chicken bowls, too. They’re so yummy but I feel like I have to run a mile or ten after I eat one.

I love them too! I dont eat fast food much, but I had one yesterday for lunch! haha

I LOVE the KFC famous chicken bowls! They are amazing!
