Last night’s episode of The Bachelorette took us on a whirlwind trip across the country so DeAnna could see the boys on their hometurf. For the most part, everyone stayed true to form.
Jesse met DeAnna in Breckenridge CO and took her snowboarding. He is moving his relationship with DeAnna along at a snail’s pace kissing her only once so far. In the preview for next week’s episode, it looks like he won’t spend the night in a fantasy sweet with her unless he meets her dad first. Chivalry is great and all but this is a dating reality show. This just in Jesse: The rest of the boys are putting out.
Next we went to Dallas to ride motorcycles with Jeremy. He was still stiff and surprisingly reserved. A multiple choice for you:
The most awkward part of Jeremy’s hometown date was:
a. When his brother’s gave DeAnna the fifth degree
b. When he read the journal entry he wrote the day before his mother’s death
c. When all anyone could talk about over dinner was dead parents
d. All of the above
The answer is below.
Jason brought DeAnna home to Seatlle and introduced her to his little son Ty and the whole family came out to meet her, eat Greek food and play a game of leapfrog in the yard.
Graham blew his hometown date by taking the strong silent type routine too far. DeAnna finally got rid of him tonight and decided not to give him a rose, though she agonized over the decision. DeAnna loved the way Graham looked (and who could blame her) but she couldn’t muster the chemistry for a relationship. This was mostly due to the fact that Graham couldn’t get over the fact that he was on a reality show, competing for DeAnna’s attention with 25 other guys. He gave her a heartfelt note before he got in the car and the gesture made DeAnna second-guess her decision even more. Don’t confuse “easy on the eyes” with “marriage material” honey. It doesn’t usually work, just ask most celebrities.
Here are the new power rankings.
1. Jason – Come on! The family played leapfrog. LEAPFROG! That’s husband material.
2. Jeremy – Still stiff, still boring, but at least he’s making some moves.
3. Jesse – How long can DeAnna wait for him to come around? I think next week is his last.
What are your thoughts ladies? Who else is excited about next week’s trips to the Bahamas?
(And for those of you playing at home, the answer is D)

I love Jason and Jesse! I think Jason should probably win, but Jesse is just so sweet, and continues to surprise Deanna. Jeremy is just wayyy too stiff/boring, and it seems like the only thing they have in common is dead parents..and who wants to keep dwelling on that?! I think jeremy should def. go home next week..but im pumped for the bahamas!

Oh God I hope it’s Jason. Jeremy seems to me like a creep. Jesse is nice but it’s hard to tell if he’s TRYING too hard with the super-sensitive-super-chivalrous thing.
Is it me or did DeAnna seem a little stiff around Ty?

i was really hoping that the dead parents date would do Jeremy in (especially when his brothers were JERKS) but alas, Graham had to act like an idiot.

Jesse is my pick, for sure. Jeremy has the personality of a plant, and while I think DeAnna likes Jason and his kid, I don’t think she’ll be ready to be a mom right away…

I thought she was a little stiff around Ty too! But she was probably just uncomfortable at first, it looked like she warmed up a lot by the end! And, um hello.. did anyone else cry when Jason had to say goodbye to his son?! TEARJERKER!!
