Maybe you could also try to get some sweet drink recipes from Deborah (Barmaid Blog [http://barmaidblog.livejournal.com/]) that use ingredients that are somewhat common amongst us poor (read: cheap) twentysomethings. Maybe even something about how to stock a dorm room bar with 5 bottles or less?

Also if there are some Watson Fellows with cool projects it would be neat to hear about what they're doing. How sweet would it be to live vicariously through someone who has $25,000 and a year to explore multiple countries they've never been to before?
