I mean recently I'm going through the same situation and I've done things that I've never thought in my entire life I would do. So, what I am saying is take risks, get hurt, and each time you fail learn to pick yourself up and become stronger each and everytime you do not succeed. I've met a guy both time at a club/bar..one I decided that I really like after hanging out with him and we hung out again and things got a little hott and i stopped it b/c i wantesd to get to know him. No words from him after that. The other one I decided ok well lets go all the way..apparently they're both hott and awsome guys but hey 'they're just not that into me"…But i'm ok and it only made me stronger…..Good luck

I'm not the type to go to bars and pick up girls, so I can't speak for those kinds of situations. But if I chat up a girl in class for a couple of weeks, then ask for her number, but she seems less than interested, I can easily get discouraged. The fear of seeming like an annoying loser is greater than the potential reward of a date.
