Nothing better than looking like Frankenstein, going to sleep freezing and waking up sweating, and waking 7 or 8 times for 20 minutes (the last time felt more like an hour and I stayed awake until the tech 'woke me' to take off all the wires) to be told everything was a-okay. They told me that according to the results I'd slept almost perfectly, but I was sluggish the entire day and was actually sent home from work that night. One of their recommendations for me was to see a sleep specialist–something I thought I was already doing!

I, too, barely slept due to the wires and the knowledge that I was being watched on a camera by the techs. They couldn't find anything wrong, though, so I felt like I'd gone through all that for nothing.

I dunno, but I still have a horrible snoring problem. It's because my tonsils and adenoids are humongous my tonsils actually touch in the center. But I never got them out. I should probably do that.

He did two studies at NYM hospital (the first to diagnose his sleep apnea and the second to fit his mask), and the mask hasn't gotten here yet, but I hope it all works out in the end. Speaking of which, it's been a month…we should call 'em back…
