Honestly her diet is pretty healthy. BTW the protein comes from hummus, nuts, eggs and the dairy comes from cheese, so yea if we all ate like that obesity wouldn't be such a issue.

some protein would be nice...

there's no way i'd make it through the day on a diet like that, especially with the lack of carbs...

i guess it's an ok diet if you're not physically active?

i honestly thought you were a vegetarian until i saw what you binge on haha

i say stick to what you like, but keep things in moderation...

i'm filipino, so there's a lot of rice/carbs in my diet.

so what i try to do is just cut what i would usually eat in half, but eat often throughout the day to keep my metabolism going...

i pretty much eat what you binge on lol

i think all the advice is great but at the same time it's a subjective issue.depending on her metab and blood sugar needs... her diet is plenty healthy. i see proteins, carbs and complex sugars for energy. if he doesn't exercise daily or doesn't move a lot on a normal day, she shouldn't need more than the calories she's putting in. the most important part is that she FEELS satisfied and good, not weak and hungry...

I wouldn't say you are "on cue" with your health. You're eating less than 1000 calories a day most of the time, which is equivalent to starving yourself. Then, you're eventually binging upwards of 4 or 5000 calories a day. Why not splurge one meal a day, rather than one day a month? Don't you think you think you'd savor it more that way? You're wreaking havoc on your blood sugar and metabolism. I don't mean to be preachy; I just know that this is borderline disordered eating, and it's really bad for you. I'm sure your energy level is suffering as well.

What you eat every day is not very balanced. You're supposed to eat some dairy and meat, fish or poultry daily.

before i would only eat healthy food. but the problem was i'd eat A LOT OF IT bc it wasn't satisfying me. now, i just skip it and indulge in something that i want (i'm a fry-o-holic) EVERY DAY. i end up eating much less bc i just cut the BS and go straight for that i want and not try to drown myself in soycrisps or carrots and ranch bc... THEY'RE NOT FRIES! i ended up shedding like 15 lbs and now i'm eating pizza, pasta, fires and chips bc i satisfy that craving instead of downing a lot of 'health food', which doesn't do anything but fill you with false hope and cals. (i also go to a restaurant and order a salad with a side of fries haha my trademark)
