About freakin' time somebody figured this out! People think I must be fit and healthy (and, incidentally, bitchy) because I'm rail-thin... but between hypoglycemia (which causes me to lose crucial fats) and gallbladder issues (which make it very difficult to actually EAT the fats I'm depleting), I have to fight like crazy to stay above my 'healthy weight' of 120 lb.

People get really nasty about this and think I'm either stupid or trying to rub their larger pant sizes in their faces. What I wouldn't give to have a solid week with steady weight, no sudden sugar-crash headaches, and no nausea from greasy foods-- oh, and boobs.

the bottom line is, YOU know if YOU're healthy. it's not like some scientist has to tell us. if you eat fresh foods, exercise and don't smoke/ drink excessively- you're probably on the right track, regardless of your size or circumference. essentially, people KNOW what's not good for them, we've been drilled at young ages, tabloids, newspapers,tv- EVEYWHERE! i think its weird how some people act or ARE so clueless about health...i mean you can even pick up a TV GUIDE and get 10 tips on this or that health-wise. i mean, it's everywhere-if people haven't caught on by now, they're living in a box and if it's not that then they just like to make excuses.
