At my particular bank they offer tuition reinbursement and even benefits. If you've got a nice boss you can do homework when it's not busy. Or you could just peruse the internet. Although there's always mean customers, you have more power to say no than any other retail job. :-)

Having an on-campus job is very convienent. I work for the VP office (admin building) and the people there are very nice and it sounds and looks great to have worked for the VP of the school.

I don't know why but I guess it has something to do with the fact that I'm obsessed with driving around for no reason for hours at a time. Or I was until gas prices rose.
