I have a HUGE PROBLEM with people sitting on my bed… They'll come into my room… PASS the chair.. and sit ON my bed?…. LIKE why! I don't like to be a mean person.. so every night I wash my comforter.. But, that's ALL STOPPING like right now! I can't deal with it at all.. Like I feel like it's NOT okay, then I'll have friends who touch my pillow cases… WHYYYEEEEEEE??!?!?!? IDK! The whole time I have guests/friends over in my room. I just think about how they're sitting and touching my bed and not even fully focused on the conversations we might be having.. I pray for these people who have fixations with touching my pillow.. and MY STUFF! which is a WHOLE DIFF topic.. Thanks for making this article/post.. I bookmarked this page, and plan on leaving it open so EVERY and Anyone who drop by my room will read this…

oh yeah and i just wanted to add a tip for dormsters-

DON'T LET PEOPLE SIT ON YOUR BED!!!! IT'S DISGUSTING! THINK ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU'RE GOING TO PUT YOU FACE IN THE PILLOW THEIR ASS WAS JUST ON…AND BEFORE THAT THEY WERE SITTING ON A PARK BENCH A DRUNKARD JUST PISSED ON!

i'm obsessed with having a clean bed. i bought this liner for my mattress that keeps bedbugs from getting into your sheets. i also have it for my pillowcases lol.

I am currently studying abroad in Europe and the dorm where I live has had problems with bedbugs. Luckily only confined to one room that we know of, but they keep coming back! It can take a few fumigations to get rid of them bc the pesticides dont kill the eggs and the critters can hide in other places of your room too. A good way to test if you have them is to stick double sided tape on the wooden posts, the bugs get stuck to it. These things are so disgusting– you do not want them!

My campus has had major problems with bed bugs the past couple of years. One of the maintenance guys in the dorms told me that he thinks they're from the international students from central Asia who have "different bathing habits". He came to this conclusion after raiding a room three times and still having problems with them. He said they just wouldn't die from conventional methods so he thinks they're some kind of exotic breed.

I haven't been quite sure if I should take what he said as the truth or just racism.

I absolutely agree! That is why I not only take a shower/bath in the morning but I take one at night as well because I like feeling all squeaky clean before bed.
