		<description><![CDATA[This is what works for me-nuts.  A smart biochemist named Dr. David Williams once said that you don&#039;t really get fat on nuts and it has been true for me.  Nuts are filled with healthy fats and protein and are a good source of fiber.  Some, like peanuts, are even a good source of glutathione, your body&#039;s master anti-oxident.
