PMSbuddy seems more geared for possible networking, ala Facebook.  mymonthlycycles is a no-nonsense, more informative site.  It lets you know when are you days of ovulation and as you put in your cycles, it predicts the next time you will have a cycle and it e-mails you an alert the day before.  It is now very, very accurate for me because I have been using it for over a year.  Try it, it&#039;s free.</description>
