That is, a form that specifies in what way the information can be used (i.e. physical likeness), and how it cannot be used. These are pretty standard to the entertainment industry. Google on "release form" and search for a non-pdf link. If G4 didn't do this right, well FOO on THEM. Let the cougars, errr, gold-diggers, get their day in court. well, when you appear on T.V. or Internet (atleast the companies that have their brains together) you sign a traditional release form.
