I’d watch Scream, Freddy, Jason, Chucky, I Know What You Did Last Summer, all when I was 7 and 8, and it didn’t scare me one bit.

I loved it.

I’m 17 now, and still, not one movie could ever scare me, even a little bit… excepttttt, Michael Myers KIND OF creeps me out just a little bit – its the mask.

Also, the only movies on your list I’d agree with is House on Haunted Hill, Rob Zombie’s Halloween, Dawn of the dead and

Scream 1 was the best by far, for 1353 reasons.

I just thought of something.

I HATE HATE HATE, old horror movies, they don’t show ANYTHING, like the old Jason movies, all you see is Jason come and raise a knife at the girl and then the camera pans away, its so annoying!

I’ve seen almost every horror movie that you would think is good.

Don’t you hate at the movie store when you try and find a movie that has a good plot and scary images, and then you buy it, take it home, and its the most cheesiest piece of f***ing garbage on the planet. It Makes me angry.

Anyways, getting to some of my favorite movies you should check out (some are amazing some are ALRIGHT) with my rating out of 5 stars:

Insanitarium – its like a zombie movie but with way different theme than normal, and the most blood you will ever see in your life. 5/5

Thirteen Ghosts – I could go on forever, look it up. 5/5

Wrong Turn – Its a good cannibal movie, love Eliza Dushku. 5/5

Obviously Saw? Why not Saw, Saw 3 is my favorite, its just brilliant. Can’t wait for saw 5. 5/5

House of 1000 Corpses- was crazy, but can’t watch it to often, its way to f***ed up. 4/5

Hostel – it was really good on the gore level, and it also had a good plot and storyline to it. It made me fear going near that country – even though I know its fiction. 4/5

Mad House – it was ALRIGHT and it did have some good gore scenes and a strange storyline. 4/5

Black Christmas (2006) – Watched it Christmas Day when it came out, thought it was alright. 3/5

The Amityville Horror (2005) – with Ryan Reynolds was exaggerating a lot but it had good acting and good monsters – per say. I had to watch it in the theater by myself and it did creep me out. So I gotta say was pretty good. 3/5

So Good!

Also, a totally unexpected good scary/thriller film was the movie Shrooms. The title is midleading, it's actually worth watching.

The Ring was a horribly absurd movie. I was talking about the scene at the end where she steps out of the tv. Looking back now, I can't imagine why it freaked me out so much lol but it seemed to be one of those mentioned in the general consensus when I asked my friends for their opinions :)
