		<description><![CDATA[Okay, I live in Marin County just across the GG Bridge, and I think decriminalizing prostitution would be fine with me, except they need to make a clause that would still allow investigation of sexual abuse or the sex slave trade. You don&#039;t have to have an either or situation. The City will still save millions but not on the backs of women and children who do NOT wish to be trafficked, or participate in anyway. ]]></description>
