A Boyfriend Worse Than Yours

beagle1.jpgSo you’ve got the Boyfriend Blues. He doesn’t call when you want him to. He doesn’t respond to your texts. You go out of your way to cook him dinner, or help him study for his calc exam, and he barely mumbles a “thanks.” What a jerk, right?

Well, be glad he’s not this guy.

This past Wednesday, a Bronx man sunk to the lowest of douchebaggery lows when he stabbed his newlywed wife’s dog to death after an argument. Brian McCafferty, 28, had only been married to Jeanine Tulimero for a month when they broke out in an argument over McCafferty’s drinking early Wednesday morning. Tulimero became so upset, she left the apartment, only to return 45 minutes later to find her precious beagle, Jerry, stabbed to death.

Neighbors who heard the argument said they heard the puppy yelping and squealing shortly after the door slammed behind Tulimero. After police found a bloody knife inside the apartment, they arrested McCafferty on charges of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal mischief, animal cruelty and reckless endangerment.

There is absolutely no excuse for hurting a defenseless, harmless puppy. And the maliciousness with which this jerkoff maimed poor Jerry is despicable. While not all fellas are winners, Brian McCafferty is a grade-A LOSER with a capital L.

He should have killed her instead of the poor dog. What an asshole.

i would tie a lasso around his balls, tie that to my car, drive really slowly around a busy area and then go off-roading into a bunch of rosebushes- where i’d finally chop off all his limbs one by one with an axe. then i would tie his torso to a tree and cover it in sweet nectar and let the bugs eat him, or what’s left of him, alive.

Wait, why are people saying he should have killed her instead of the dog?!?! That is ridiculous, maybe he shouldn’t be a psychopath and kill the dog, but he should definitely not kill her either. It didn’t seem like she did anything wrong really, except marry the wrong guy.

    That’s awful.

And the worst part is, if I were here I would be terrified to break up with him. He had no issue killing the dog; who says that he’s not going to go after her when he’s really pissed off?

This is so sad. I agree with Ela. (I wouldnt want to piss her off.)

I hope he gets the harshest punishment . Its a disgrace. It would be good if CC can followup on this and let us know what happens to this man. It might be a good idea to let PETA know. They always followup with petitions and makes sure nothing slips thru the cracks.

    Exactly, Jacks.

The next step in this pattern would be abusing her. In fact, he already was abusing her. Abusers often use children and pets as pawns to damage their victims emotionally and to control and threaten them. (“If you leave, I’ll hurt your dog…”"I’ll do this to you next”) Hurting animals is also a sign of being a sociopath and often precedes hurting humans–a lot of mass killers tortured and killed animals before moving on to people. If anyone even starts threatening your pets, leave them, because they’re abusing you and will escalate their behavior in the future.

So, actually Kala and melissa, there is a good chance he would kill his wife next. Also, you’re fucking disgusting.

The CC Weekly Weigh In: Let’s Say Thanks

Like most families, mine gathers around the dinner table on Thanksgiving and (after making fun of each other for a few minutes) shares what they are most thankful for that year. Growing up, I hated this tradition; it was so cheesy and lame. But now that I’m an adult, going around the table at Thanksgiving allows me to tell my family how much I love them…
