He talks about why you should vote and the best part is when he says something along the lines of "vote so you have the right to complain, complaining relieves stress people love to complain if you don't vote you can't complain you will get an ulcer and die" lol.

Oh and I would love those free voter perks, but I don't have a starbucks, ben and jerrys, or a krispy creame in my college town :-(
