i could never be proud of this country for electing such a sexist unprincipled man. michelle obama isn't even proud of this country until she quits her job for her man and they fell for her junkie husbands marketing campaign. maybe now that nasty rhino but can be proud now.

You don't have to make any apologies for what you said, man! I have NO remorse for anything I've said to you. At all. Not even when I made fun of your spelling or when I called you a loon. If anything Casey, you have served as a fine punching bag and I have greatly enjoyed this debate. And isn't that the joy of online discussion forums? Can either of us really say if we would have the time, patience, or energy to carry on a verbal siege such as this in the real world? (Doubt it.)

I was actually in the shower the other night when this thought struck my mind:

(Local) Republicans have been bitching about Obama wanting to help the lower classes, calling him a socialist and saying they dont want the Government telling them how to spend their money.

I guess the Democrats don't take it so brashly because we've had the Republicans telling us what we can do with our own bodies and who we're allowed to love & marry for so long we're used to people enforcing their ideas and beliefs on us… hmmm.

How do you think Obama supporters felt throughout this online discussion and the national election when they were constantly called "misinformed," "uneducated," "ignorant," and my personal favorite, "brainwashed by the media"? As a woman who EDUCATED herself before ultimately voting for Obama, how am I NOT supposed to be personally offended by such insults? I guess it’s okay for Republicans to name-call, generalize, and accuse, but not Democrats? I suppose I'm not to fight back when people say that our President-elect is going to destroy the country? Or that he only cares about Blacks? (You guys DO KNOW that he wants to incorporate poor Caucasians into affirmative action, right?) Or that he’s the anti-Christ for allegedly having a different faith than others? Talk about persecution, huh Lily?

It pains me that you guys can dish it out, but you sure can’t take it. You must realize that in order to garner the respect you so desire, you actually need to earn it.

You know what, the Earth is still turning. Horrible things have happened since Bush was in office, and I'm not saying its him to blame. I actually wanted Obama to win. Just to see what it may be like with a competent President in office (vs. Bush). But I do know that McCain was far more worthy of the place than Bush ever was.

Any who, forget politics. Learn to think for your selves.
