The hardest thing we learn about most things is that there isn't a standard. What works for one RARELY works for all. It's ridiculous to tell people when and how to explore their sexuality. I really like what she says about confidence and her quote "when in doubt slow down" is perfect. I'll probably be reading her book within the week

I think women should learn to embrace their sexuality and not be insecure about acting or being open as a sexual being. However, I'm not really talking "porn star", more like "sex and the city". I am open about sex and my sexuality and am always willing to explore it. I think it's healthy for women to talk about it and be comfortable with it, and come to terms with it. Easier said than done – and for everyone it's different. Just don't deny yourself the right to behave as a sexual being, no matter the capacity you choose to do so.

I'm definitely skeptical regarding any advice given by a porn star...I'd say that although sexual freedom is beneficial to female autonomy, I think it's unsound to ever separate sex from emotion--it might be easy for say, Nina, but for the average person?
