Being hot is great. Let’s face it, everyone wants to be hot and be wanted. If you look at overbaked perfect photos, you feel you can never achieve that ideal, either for yourself as a man/woman, or in a partner.

This is not to say that visual beauty should be shunned or even criticised as too vapid and shallow. Rather, everyone — men and women alike — should acknowledge this as some kind of beautiful but unrealistic ideal, like the guy with the perfect 50’s Corvette restoration who has to polish off the tiniest fingerprint… you just can’t maintain that level of perfection in the real world. It’s totally illusory.

The best antidote to this effect is to realize that people really DON’T look like that! You think Megan Fox looks that good 100% of the time? NO! She has her natural assets, and they aren’t always in the best of form. And, so do we all! Make the best of who you are, be confident that you are 100% real and ready to rock with anyone else who is willing to accept their 100% realness, and then go out there and get some! Yea!

There’s probably truth to this, but it’s not because it makes men compare their bodies to the woman’s or something wierd like that. Rather, it’s depressing because the average man knows he could never get a girl like that.
