I agree… The City wasn’t that great. I can’t wait for Blonde Charity Mafia (based in DC) to come out though on the CW!

I thought Olivia's obsession with Jay was super creepy and made me think she's only hanging with Whitney to try to get to him. Weirdness.

Also, I got really irritated with how they call Olivia an uptown rich girl (or "social" *rolling eyes*), Whitney said Olivia invited her to an uptown dinner party, but the party was actually in Tribeca…that's at the lowest part of Manhattan! (Further proof that this show is fake, fake, fake)

Also, I have spent a lot of time on the social scene here in NYC and though I'm not as active in it as I used to be, I follow things pretty closely and I have never heard of Olivia Palmero until I saw her on the show.

And who is this Erin? Is she from LA too, cuz obviously her parents have money for her to have that fabulous apt in Gramercy. My BF and I are looking at apts in that neighborhood and for something like she has, we're talkin' $4500-5000 a month, min and NY requires your income to be 40 times your rent…does being on "The City" really pay that much?!?

I'm sure I'll keep watching cuz I like seeing them go to places I'm familiar with, but I'm so sick of these "reality" shows that are totally set up and Whitney's the only girl on The Hills I've held some respect for and fear that'll be gone very quickly.

I agree that Olivia planning NYC for Whitney was scary. It reminded me of Mean Girls how Regina felt they needed to grab the new girl and turn her popular.

Also THANK YOU I am not the only one that noted how tired Whitney was from working only ONE DAY….

Whitney wishes she was the new Carrie Bradshaw! I watched last night and while it wasn't the most painful hour of television on (that would be Bromance), I don't think that it lived up to all the hype.

I do think that some of the characters are interesting, so I will probably stick around for a few more episodes at least.

Actually Alex and Jay coming to the same place might happen in NY. Jay and Alex knew each other, so maybe that was a spot they've hit before and liked.

It's like having three grocery stores in one town, I like one and my friend likes one…haha we could show up at the same one.

Wow, I think those two episodes had more drama than my high school career.

I wondered the same thing about how Whitney knows that girl. We need an explanation.

And Olivia is kinda creepy. Planning how Whitney’s life in NYC needs to go.
