		<description><![CDATA[So basically the court determined that he owed you, but did not facilitate how or when he had to pay you by? That seems very unfair and it really surprises me to hear that they aren&#039;t following up on when he pays you. Sorry girl :( ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It is theft, and I could have gotten the police involved.  However, after three days of living at my BFF&#039;s and borrowing her stuff, my brother managed to call the guy and got him to leave the door unlocked for 24 hours so I could pack up and leave (though he did hide DVDs and other small things for his own use). 
 
 
 
Later, I did try to go to the police, and they said that since my stuff HAD been moved out, there was nothing they could do  Crap! ]]></description>
