The states have lost so much revenue from NON working tax payers that almost all are in financial turmoil. I can't believe that all the stimulas money didn't start with the little tax payers who would have put it in the system. NOTHING that has been done so far seems to be helping. That 250$ that each person received was a WASTE OF A LOT OF DOLLARS that could have been used where it was really needed. Seems like there is NO COMMON SENSE used in so many decisions. I pray every day that I am wrong in my thinking and every thing will get better for all
