24 years old now but when i was like 18-20 i went through this also but even though i was using protection i was always getting paranoid bc my periods are never regular- it is a scary feeling- but recently me & my boyfriend of about 2 years havent been using protection (i know stupid) but whatever- i kept feeling weird like my anxiety was acting up really bad my armpits were excessivly sweating & i was getting such bad panick attacks that i got lost twice in my own neighborhood! So 1 night while i was driving past target withmy bf we stopped in & grabbed a preg test- target wasnt open but there was a giant open right next to it (my bf works part time @ the giant lmao i was trying to be do discreet bc of his coworkers) ok so i bought it & had to pee really bad so i took it right there in the giant bathroom & it came negative i was relieved but scared bc i didnt know what was wrong & my bf was sad bc he wanted a baby- so now that was friday night. Meanwhile i had gone to my Gyno to get checked for any possible thyroid problem or anything that could b causing the problems- so Monday morning i get a phone call- its the Nurse- she says we didnt get all the test back but we got one- Your pregnant! (now i had taken 2 preg test over the past 2 weeks) Here i was only 2 wks pregnant & the hormones werent detectible yet through urine she said it was barely detectef through my blood! So listen to your body thats what tells you! (i am now 3 months pregnant & everything is going well we r very excited for our first baby!)

I just went through a similar situation. there's nothing like 2 preg tests, both with a minus, to relieve stress and excess paranoia!!

First off Lucy has obviously bought way too many tests to be embarrassed.

It is an awkward sitch my boyfriend and I bought one together and he acted like it was no big deal so i thought it was funny when my phone rang and i answered it so he had to do the entire transaction. & the old checker lady actually said good luck to him! haha
