Things are simple, overthinking simple things just makes it seem complicated. If you have a question for a guy just ask it. It’s a valid question, who cares what he will think if you ask. Thinking about what other people are thinking will just give yourself a headache. Just bluntly ask him, no elaborate talk necessary.

I try to ask and I’ve gotten some answers like, “I’m your baby and your mine” and “I’m your man”. So I’m assuming he’s my boyfriend even though he nor I have officially asked one another. His uncle asked me what my relationship was to him (my guy) and I couldn’t even tell him cuz I don’t know! :/ its bugging me a little bit.

lol, i'm sorry, horrible advice. especially, "if it looks like a bf, talks and walks like a bf, the he is." ermm, some guys don't want to define the relationship and they are ok with behaving a certain way and still saying they are not in a real gf bf relationship.

hahaha

i hate forcing the man to define the relationship, but its something you must do so you do not waste your time.

To the original article: That's all good in theory- where in a perfect world everyone treats their boyfriends/girlfriends well and with respect, but it's really dangerous in practice. I dated someone for about 4 months- he acted like a boyfriend, he treated me like a girlfriend (or so I thought) but then he told me he was still seeing other people. Not only is that an emotionally difficult situation to find yourself in, it's a physically dangerous one as well. If you assume you're in a monogamous relationship and your partner assumes that you aren't you put yourself at risk for exposure to STDs and other health risks. Exclusivity isn't just about emotional security anymore, it's also about your sexual health.

its pretty simple. if a person has not asked you to be your boyfriend or girlfriend than you are not and you are simply dating the person, not " going out with " them or " boyfriend and girlfriend" the " what are we? " question makes you sound kinda psycho. Id never ask it. If there is no commitment agreed on then u are simply not committed.

I’ve met his mom his sis(he didn’t actually say this is I spoke they did at his moms house and the store on mothers day when we were wit following them) he itro’d me to his step dad and son. I’ve met so many friends they c my car and automatically think he is wit me its been since march hot and heavy month ago 2wk silence then back but not as much calling or talking I think I got discouraged but we just act like its nut n still meet friends recently at his bosses house hang n and his familys for his Bday which I got 2 bout 10p cuz he called me 2 come 10min b4 he feels I should’ve just come I think he should let me know when 2 come cause I don’t feel secure I guess he intros me as his girl and refer 2 me as such he is damaged(been hurt) and little shy so what is this should I ask 2 make sure
