		<description><![CDATA[My college aways had tea bags and sugar/sugar substitute packets available in the dining hall...no one ever said anything to me when I&#039;d grab a few packets at a time each day before I left...they added up quick and I had enough to last me well into the following fall post-grad. 
 
Also...those NYTimes will come in handy when it&#039;s time to move out...stockpile and use them to wrap up your picture frames and shot glasses, etc. I just moved back to Syracuse from Florida last month and wished I had aquired a newspaper subscription for that reason alone...bubble wrap&#039;s EXPENSIVE!!! ]]></description>
