But if you mean free after you paid for tuition, books, fees, and for the dorm, then yes, it's free.

My school does not provide a lot of free stuff in the first place. It's probably because I attend a state school, and it's funded primarily by the government.

Also…those NYTimes will come in handy when it's time to move out…stockpile and use them to wrap up your picture frames and shot glasses, etc. I just moved back to Syracuse from Florida last month and wished I had aquired a newspaper subscription for that reason alone…bubble wrap's EXPENSIVE!!!
