So I guess I'd have to say I didn't care for what I read about it. But I did like 'Eat, Pray, Love." Here's another suggestion: Liquid Mirror by Kelly LaSha. There's a workbook section — made me aware of the value of being honest to myself and helped me find the unconscious beliefs (we all have 'em!) that run my life. I feel like I'm in the driver's seat now, rather than let life happen to me, instead.
