Carrie Prejean’s Fifteen Minutes Aren’t Over Yet!
May 12, 2009 Posted in Buzz

So, we all know who Carrie Prejean is.
And I’m pretty sure we’re all sick of her.
But just in case you weren’t completely and utterly tired of Miss California (yes, she is still Miss CA) and her shenanigans, we came up with 5 new ideas for her to try to keep herself in the limelight for just a liiittle bit longer. If none of these work, perhaps bunking up with Spencer Pratt would help. We can’t seem to get rid of him no matter how hard we try.
1) Create her own line of Prejean Panties (bras not included). Evidently, Prejean think bras, or any tops, are overrated. At least, she likes posing without them. While Prejean said herself, “I am not perfect,” we imagine she will soon follow that up with, “But I can make your butt look that way!”
2) Start her own blingin’ jewelry line on QVC. She obviously doesn’t have enough shiny, glittery, oversized, tacky ice already. So why not start her own line? If she makes those hoops just a little bit longer, they may even cover her exposed chest!
3) Create a fund for small-breasted girls who dream of competing in beauty pageants. Because you can’t win a beauty pageant without fake breasts. And because all women need to feel good about themselves. According to the Pageant organizers (who paid for Prejean’s boob job), the best way for women to land this confidence is by cutting up their bodies and inflating themselves with silicon! (We thought you looked better in those nude pics before the boob job, Carrie.) Carrie is all about helping people, so this would be the perfect way to give back.
4) Become a reality TV show host. We’re all getting a little sick of Tyra and ANTM, so let’s bring another annoying D-List celeb into the forefront! “America’s Next Top Bimbo” could be a real hit! She could teach the contestants how to strut and pose topless, all the while spreading Jesus love. Or maybe “I Can Make You Straight!” where she takes more nude photos of herself and shows them to gay men in an effort to straighten them out to live in “her” country. I hear Fox calling!
5) Start a campaign denouncing same-sex marriage. Oh wait. She has that one covered.
The way this girl has been eating up the media attention, we wouldn’t be surprised if she took a stab at rapping. Watch out, Asher Roth!

Casey: True, but her mom did call Perez an "evil man" recently.
She has every right to her opinion, but being such a hypocrite just begs for attention.
In any case, its just supposed to be a funny article. Lighten up =)

What's really hypocritical is the pageant head – what's her name again? who also was a Ms. California – complaining about a few sideway shots of boobs. And what did the pageant head do after winning her title? Right. She did a nude spread for playboy.
So some of us do not agree with Prejean's view of the world. But it's not like she took nudie shots of herself like Rihanna (backwards v-shots) or Cassie (full crotch spread) did recently. The latter two are all over the blogs these days. Just look at wordpress hawt listings… it's all about Rihanna and Cassie. What Prejean did is small potatoes compared to the two hip hoppers.

Hey you girls, a major victory was won today, so that you can advance beyoun what carrie did today. And, I'm going to give you some ideas to really kick A##. I am happy that the-Donald restored honor and respect to Carrie Prejean, and now its time to stand-up for America. This is NOT an issue of civil rights, its a moral and ethical issue based on Liberty; and it is that gay judge that is interfering with the personal right of moral Christian people to pursue, HAPPINESS. Moral Christian people just want to get away from something that is revolting, disgusting, and immoral. Moral Christians oppose that gay judge attacking one of their beautiful women, and their moral values, and that gay judge is making them unhappy with exposure to his disgusting immorality. Carrie Prejean’s RIGHT to support the (NOM) and marriage between a man and a woman is based on the Declaration Of Independence (that the USA is founded upon), which states that “We The People” have the INALIENABLE rights to life, liberty, and the [ PURSUIT of HAPPINESS ]. In litigation thereafter, the U. S. Supreme Court declared in, ( Loving v. Virginia (1967) 388 U.S. 1 ); that, the freedom to marry is recognized as a vital [ PERSONAL RIGHT ] that is essential to the pursuit of happiness. As a result of this precedent, that gay judge has violated the liberty rights of Carrie Prejean, with a defamation of character, because she would not corrupt her Christian beliefs to obtain his vote. So, he condemned her pursuit of happiness, to marry a MAN, defamed her character, and tried to destroy her career objectives. The (NOM) can file suit against that gay judge; because, Carrie's personal rights prevail over his need to corrupt her, and that gay judge is only motivated by personal bias and animosity against moral Christian values (Meyer v. Nebraska (1923) 262 US 390). You see, Carrie didn't attack him, he attacked and slandered Carrie because she refused to corrupt herself to get his vote, and this the way it always is, gays are using their authority to deprive moral Christians of our personal liberty rights to pursue traditional Christian values. Another thing, why would a "Modern Woman" who is Liberated and Free, allow a sodomite to deprive her of the right to pursue happiness, as EQUALLY, as a gay sodomite does, in his sodomite life style?

WOW, Joshua, with the morals–SUPER argument. You see, Joshua, "moral Christian people just want to get away from something that is revolting, disgusting, and immoral", and Ms. California obviously exemplifies a great role model for young people everywhere. I mean, Jesus and his 12 disciples were totally into taking all of their robes off for the camera in between stoning people for being sodomites.
AND, she refused to corrupt herself to get the judges vote? I mean, all those other girls getting fake boobs and spray tans? Pssh this young moral woman never went down that road.
Oh, AND, you made such a great point about how the evil judges are trying to "destroy her career objectives" so cruelly and unjustly. She will totally have her promising career as this: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/05/12/miss-cal… totally ruined. All because she hates gay people! This moral young woman has been so wronged! GASP!

Yeah, and the Declaration of Independence has nothing to do with personal freedoms! It all has to do with how you have to either be Christian or die a horrible death! And the whole gay marriage thing is so forbidden in a part of the Bible anyone ever actually uses, just like the dinosaurs! Go religious tyranny!
Annie says:
Wed, 13th May 200912:01 pm
Well said Molly and Jenna. =)
I wonder how many people who quote Leviticus 18:22 actually follow the rest of it, such as all of the rules involving diet and sacrifice?
I was horrified her crown wasn't taken away.
She lied every time a picture came out and said that she hadn't done anymore, but new photos are now out with full boob nudity. That is in violation of her contract, though apparently not her pick-and-choose Christian values.
Casey says:
Wed, 13th May 20091:57 pm
Ugh! Seriously girls, can we stop bashing this girl now? She did not ask for any of this crap, and frankly it's not her fault. She was asked a question and she stated her opinion. There is nothing wrong with that. MILLIONS of people share that opinion. Perez is the one you SHOULD be trashing! He called her a bitch and a cunt, and if he hadn't she probably wouldn't have been so offended that she went on to start a "campaign". The only reason these pictures surfaced was because she was getting publicity for being this "good little christian girl" something she NEVER (at least that I have heard) claimed to be. Just because she has christian beliefs DOES NOT mean that she is a saint!
I am a christian, I don't believe in gay marriage, I have taken PLENTY of nude pictures in my life, and I have fake tanned! BIG. FUCKING. DEAL! No one is perfect, including all of you. And frankly, I am horrified about the fact that people WISHED her crown had been taken away for the mere fact that she is against gay marriage. Is this not AMERICA where we are allowed to have our own opinions? Because honestly who really cares about the pictures and fake boobs?
This whole controversy is just disgusting to me.
Annie says:
Wed, 13th May 20094:14 pm
I don't mind that she stated her opinion. She can state her damn opinion all she wants.
Everyone knows Perez is insane.
Her crown should have been taken away because SHE BROKE HER CONTRACT. The contract states "I have conducted my activities and life in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards…. I acknowledge that… having appeared in public or permitted myself to be photographed in a state of partial or total nudity or in a lewd, compromising, or sexually suggestive manner, constitutes as a violation of this provision…" There was even a space below to explain herself if she did not meet these terms. She could have easily told the truth rather than LYING ON A LEGAL DOCUMENT and then PROCEEDING TO REPEATEDLY LIE TO THE NATIONAL MEDIA.
She has made a fool of herself. Yes, everyone makes mistakes- but did you, Casey, sign a legal contract stating you hadn't taken nude pictures? No. Did you repeatedly tell everyone in the nation that you had made a single mistake only to have more photos appear later? No.
Casey says:
Wed, 13th May 20095:27 pm
Yes, she did lie, but would those pictures have surfaced if the gay marriage question had never been asked? If she hadn't already been all over the media? It's doubtful. That's what's wrong with it. Perez tried to ruin her because she didn't agree with her beliefs. Her crown was probably restored because she had suffered enough with the name calling and slandering. She didn't "wade into the public debate on one of the most important social issues of our day" she was asked a question which she HAD to answer. And she since she HAD to answer it she chose to answer it honestly. She didn't ask for that question to be asked. she likely would have rather kept her opinion on that topic to herself. Unfortunately Perez can't deal with the fact that not everyone agrees with him. I'm glad she didn't loose her crown, even if she did lie on her contract, because the way I see it, the media attention surrounding her that caused her lie to be uncovered was unjust. In a court case if evidence has been tampered with, even if it could make or break the case, it can not be used. I think this falls under the same principles.
Annie says:

As for why its such a big deal, this quote from brucedroppings.com says it perfectly.
“You are not being mocked for your faith. You are being mocked and ridiculed because you are a hypocrite. You took your stand on the issue of gay marriage. You are entitled to your opinion.
Other people are entitled to their opinion too. You object to homosexuality and yet you allow yourself to be photographed in racy, sexually oriented pictures. (it worked too. I found myself saying, nice ass.) You use sex to sell yourself to others.
Can you not see why you are viewed as a hypocrite? If you are going to wade into the public debate on one of the most important social issues of our day then you better be ready to face those who oppose you. You better make sure that there are no old racy pictures in the drawer, long since forgotten about. One thing I have learned about the internet………secrets don’t stay secrets forever.”

Yes, they would have surfaced.
Katie Rees, former Miss Nevada, lost her crown after signing the same contract. Her photos were PRIVATE (if particularly raunchy), not a professional semi-nude shoot. She says she's still ridiculed today for the decisions she made when taking those PRIVATE pictures, but evidently she didn't suffer quite enough.
Vanessa Williams was Miss America and lost her crown due to pictures she had taken with a professional and NOT signed a release for. They were not supposed to be distributed. And, in contrast to Miss California, she is well known as a huge supported of gay rights. She received DEATH THREATS and racist hate mail- but evidently she didn't suffer enough either.
Her opinions have absolutely nothing to do with it in my opinion. A broken contract is a broken contract. She KNEW the rules. She CHOSE to break them, just like she CHOSE to answer honestly. The pictures would have come out whether Perez wanted to start a vendetta against her or not- it wasn't Perez in possession of the pictures, and other rule-breaking beauty queens were outed on their misdeeds, including law breaking as well as the picture incidents.
She didn't wade into a public debate? Answering a question doesn't put her in the thick of it, unless she then proceeds to announce her campaign against gay marriage and affiliate herself with the National Organization for Marriage, the most well known organization against it. If that isn't wading into the public debate, I'm not sure what is. This is, by the way, was also against her contract; she isn't supposed to be a spokesperson (or even interview, I think) without permission from the pageant officials. She should have lost her crown for that as well.
Yes, I certainly understand her wanting to maintain her integrity when asked this question since she "was raised in a way that you can never compromise your beliefs and your opinions for anything." I guess the Bible is more accepting of nude pictures, lying, breaking contracts, and surgically altering your body to be more attractive.
The media attention surrounding her did NOT cause her to lie. She lied in the first place. When she could have been the bigger person and owned up to her mistakes, she lied again. And again.
Casey says:

Wow, some people just know waaaay too much about absolutely nothing. Sorry, pageants don't interest me enough to know the entire history of every girl that competes in every pageant (or any for that matter)
I'm just putting myself in her shoes, and seeing it as any other person in her situation would. She made a mistake when she was 17, hoping it wouldn't come out to haunt her she lied to pursue her dream, hoping it would go away and everything would be fine, she lied again. Like I said, her campaign was in retaliation to the pain she had suffered from Perez (I'm sure, although I'm not her so I wouldn't know her true motivations)
Honestly, I could really care less. I don't care enough about it to look anything up or even continue this debate. The only problem I have with it is that people, like you, are so hateful as to actually wish that her life would be ruined. And I guarantee almost every girl competing in pageants have taken nude pictures at some point. I mean with all the ones who have already been outed, I guess it's only a matter of time before they nix that rule all together.
So go, revel in your win, or sob because you waste so much time learning so much about something so frivolous.

Prejean-Miss Hypocrite
Carrie Prejean, the Miss California contestant, was correct about homosexuality! It is mortal filth
and condemned by God's Word…but Prejean poses semi nude and topless EXPOSING HER
BREASTS and revealing the bottom of her buttocks…then lied about it…and then she parades
her body around in the Miss California Pageant EXPOSING HER PARTIAL BREASTS and
buttocks in a sexual immoral swimsuit before the world! She is 100% a HYPOCRITE and
she does NOT represent Jesus Christ nor a Christian!!
Jesus said it this way, "Anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery
with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better
for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into Hell." [Mt. 5:28,29]
