		<description><![CDATA[I can testify that interval training is much more beneficial than a long workout. 30 minutes of running/walking is a lot easier than 30 minutes of straight running. And you don&#039;t feel anywhere near as tired or winded, yet the happy workout feeling is still there. It&#039;s awesome!

A good way to start out is with PodRunner Interval mixes.
