I realize I am hella late on this response but I thought that Lauren's "I wanted to be like you" speech was about the Heidi she knew before season one. The pre-MTV Heidi. The Heidi that probably stalked LC so she could be in the show in the first place. That may seem harsh but I think the crazy Heidi showing up at people's jobs out of the blue, arguing with bartenders for no damn reason and injecting all kinds of chemicals into her body is the real Heidi and Lauren dodged a bullet. Seriously with friends like Heidi who needs enemies.
