Cut the twisted part to however long you want your bangs to be. It won't come out perfect, but it'll give you a good place to start out from!

I lost my job and decided I needed a big change, so I went and bought some leopard print shears from Target ($14.99) and went to town one night. I LOVE THEM. I trim them myself and people are always amazed when I tell them I do them myself!

If you're not sure about bangs, cut them long (think lash skimming) and then you can wear them straight or swept to the side.
