Some other excellent "waterproofing" items to try are:

1. Mattify! Loose Powder – $8 at http://www.mattifycosmetics.com – this is a great matte setting powder that you can use both under and over foundation to help it stay put in the heat.

2. Estee Lauder Max Cover Foundation – this is a super pigmented yet light weight makeup that is very water and sweat resistant. Costs around $28 at department stores and is well worth the price!!

3. Model in a Bottle Makeup Setting Spray at http://www.modelinabottle.com – this will help seal all foundation/liner/shadow/mascara to make it very water resistant. Costs $18.

To remove heavy water resistant makeup, wet face and use a good exfoliant like St Ives Apricot Scrub. Then, wash face again with a foaming cleanser designed for your skin type.
