phil keoghan's nomination

weeds' nomination

christina applegate's nomination (too bad it's too late to save her show!)

big love's nomination

kristin chenoweth's nomination

vanessa williams' nomination

jeremy piven's snub (i love entourage and ari gold, but it's time to clear the way for neil patrick harris to win!)

sad surprises that made me pout:

family guy being nominated in the comedy series category (that spot should've belonged to big bang theory!)

elizabeth mitchells' snub (i'm reeling!!!)

josh holloway's snub

michael urie's snub

justin kirk's snub (he or michael urie should've had jon cryer's place in the supporting actor, comedy category)

I still watch Two and a Half Men with my dad. XP We call it the man-slut show (but I've only seen older episodes, none of the new stuff–so I have no idea if it's gone to the crapper or not).

But are you serious about Flight of the Conchords with Jemaine and Brett? Like the whole… one being nominated? I've never seen them be considered as separate entities. Like there's that book of good-looking geeks at Urban Outfitters and they're considered as one person.

Agree with you on Two and a Half Men though. Give the Big Bang Theory a nomination instead of Two and a Half Men. It’s a far superior comedy.
I would imgaine that Conan was nominated for writing, so don’t worry about that. The fact of the matter is that he wouldn’t have won anyway because Emmy voters won’t be able to resist Jon Stewart’s coverage of the 2008 election and economic crisis (espeicially that interview with Jim Cramer).
