I love working my way into the fall colors by starting out with my nails. It's a slow transition that helps me adjust slowly since I always have a hard time parting with my bright colors.

E2-a lot of fashion trends get started when celebrities are seen wearing clothes, makeup etc. But something like this post happens every year-autumn and winter always have darker, more dramatic makeup than summer or spring, when it's all lighter and brighter.

The trend for eyes this fall is shimmery whites NOT DARK. Think 'ingenue'- big bright eyes with natural mascara. The trend for lips is cool berry STAINS- not precise, but applied with a finger to make it seem soft, as if you've been kissing someone for the last hour.
