And I get made fun of at work for them, but I work with my head down constantly and my hair falls in my face, but I don't like keeping my hair up all day, so scrunchies let me pull it back effortlessly and they don't leave that crease in my hair when I take it down (you girls know what I'm talking about!) I also got made fun of for wearing them during soccer games and practice, but my hair is so fine that regular hair ties gradually slip out, so I used the scrunchies for added grip (that wouldn't rip my hair out when I took it down) So they may not be pretty, but they certainly are functional.
