Idk, I just tried that in the search engine and it only brought me results for white people stealing cars.. either they super updated it after seeing your post, or…. where did you get this idea anyways? : )
Well, it's not really Google's fault. The "did you mean" section is there to help users that can't remember exactly what they are trying to look-up, it goes through the database and finds similar searches that are the most popular searches using those words, or most of those words. So it's not that "Google" is suggesting "Black people stole my car" instead of "white people stole my car", to be racist or anything. It's that more people actually search for "black people stole my car" then they search for "white people stole my car".

Actually there are a lot of news stories right now about this picture, so if you try to google the phrase "White people stole my car" Google won't suggest anything because there are TONS of news stories that Google will give you links for.
As for Google being racist, I have to agree with Casey. Google only suggests popular phrases that are put into their search engine. They really don't have much control over what is a more popular search item.

Well my thinking is someone searched "blck people stole my car" leading to what you see, and then typed in the search window "white people stole my car"
