Casey I totally forgot about pointing that out, it's a girls site. Thats like going on a mens site and then complaining about it not being geared toward women. I hope they can come up with some more creative ideas for the ladies to do for the men besides sex or watching football with him.

Mike, this is a girls site, so the articles are aimed at a female reader base. That's why there's no list for us to work on cause this is a place where we go to talk about guy issues, maybe they'll come out with a follow up piece for things we can do for our guys (which they usually do) but otherwise, if you don't like the content of the articles it's probably because they aren't aimed for you.

Mike I'm not single, I'm in a committed 3 year relationship, i do know when to pick my battle being romantic is not one of the. You will never hear me say"hey I know you pay for the apartment, but instead of working to support us maybe you could like take time to do something romantic instead of meeting that important deadline for work tonight". Grow up Mike you sound like a pompus ass. A smart girl knows it's give and take and will also do little romantic things for the man, like a surprise dinner, or take him out to dinner and pay, surprise him with lunch at work, take him to a movie, anything a guy would do you could do for him. So there Mike there's a small list for us stupid greedy selfish bitches to work on.

I've always been pretty lucky to find guys that do these things. But my current boyfriend is the best (and I plan on keeping him forever!) He's a musician (and an exceptionally good one at that, his old band had many signing offers from record companies, and he is constantly writing excellent very "now" songs!) But he serenades me all the time, he'll just pull me up next to him and sing little songs that he writes just for me. Or turn to me and kiss me passionately in front of all his guys. But my favorite was when we went out with a group of people one night and there was this girl trying to flirt with him all night, and he pulled me over to him and kissed me, and said "Happy anniversary babe! I love you so much and there's no one I would rather be with, but you!" The girl just kind of walked away. We've been together for almost 2 years and it still feels like the first three months. I never really knew passion could stay alive for so long.

I agree with Rachel, guys thing this sets the bar to high or they just don't want to do it. Also it's incredibly hard to pick up flowers after work even though it's on your way home and why buy her flowers when I can buy us beer?

I think I'm finally learning that all boys know we want this stuff. They just don't do it if they think they can get by with less. Also, guys don't do it because they don't want the bar set too high.
