Rofl, I like this article. Even though I don't particular care for this family (and their inability to use birth control for religious reasons) and despite the fact that I do think 19 children is ridiculous, the Duggar family has absolutely zero debt, own their own business, and have enough time and energy to take care of 18 kids. Not even octomom can do this.

So, Kudos!

While I do think that having 19 kids is extreme, I think that if you have the resources, love, and support required to have that many children, then I see nothing wrong with it. I personally would never have that many children, but it's not about me.

I think it is morally irresponsible and disgusting to have that give birth to that many children. There are thousands of orphans who need a home. We are using too much of Earth's resources as is, why add to the population?

K- that is about 17 too many kids…

Reminds me of a quote by Stewie Griffin, when he's talking about the prostitute that Brian brings home… something to the effect "Can you even feel sex, or is it a bit like throwing a hotdog down a hallway"

OH- I also believe in young-earth creationism… but you won't find me not going to college, growing my hair down to my knees, skipping jeans, or popping out kids left and right… just because you believe in one or two of these things does not necessarily make you a weirdo- following all of them… I don't know… maybe so!
