What. Are you crazy (said with love). The BCS is not as kissy-butt to the Pac-10 like the rest of the polls and spsrtowriters because the Pac-10 has been largely unimpressive for the past 5-10 years. With the exception of USC (who got there by cheating), the Pac-10 has not recently had a strong conference. This results in lower than average BCS points for SOS and other factors. Think of how many times the Pac-10 has played other conferences in bowl games and other major games since the BCS inception, more often than not the Pac-10 has lost. The opposite is true for the SEC. During the BCS years, their teams have proven tough cmpetitiors, therefore, they get more SOS scores, etc.I could debate this all day long-what do you say? Don’t worry, I have my own rants about the BCS.
