I couldn't eat much solid food for several weeks due to illness, and I looked awful. Part of it was the illness itself, but it wasn't until I started eating normally again that people stopped looking at me with pity!

Being healthy doesn't come in a box, a pill, a DVD, or a book! And it definitely doesn't come from SURGERY! Women should be focusing on eating a variety of healthy foods, and on having a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and their own bodies, not on trying to lose weight the fast and easy way.

Stop cutting corners (or your tongue) Americans, it's just not healthy.
