Tucker Max and his ilk are why I'm celibate, a borderline misandrist with crunchy misanthropic sprinkles, and, while other people fear dying alone and never marrying, being loved or having children, would burst into inconsolable tears if told that I wouldn't get my dream future of free, independent single life. You might think that melodramatic, but the increasingly common Max clones, and the girls who like them, make me want to punch everyone I see and then curl up in a corner and cry. Argh…

If you read the ending of his book Assholes Finish First (the story about HotNurse and Alexa), you'd realize there's a lot more to him than these stories.

Think about it this way: think about all the crazy adventures you've ever had. Put them in a book. What kind of person would you be? My father would be just like Tucker, with a little bit more craziness since he used to fight a lot as a teenager. My father now sells Tastykakes and is the most popular guy around town. He's a great person; if you just look at his crazy adventures, you'd never know it.

Women get blamed for quite a lot of bullshit, really, and I guess we have those po’ terrible “feminazis” to thank for it, but did it ever dawn on anyone that we’re breeding women to think with mixed messages because there’s an industry out there that tries to convince women that if they want to be attractive to a man, they need to be thin, sexy, beautiful, and docile? The same industry that tries to sell them that “porn star” look for half off? It’s hilarious how idiots try to whine about women being “whores” but they expect women to “look” a certain way”, and “act” a certain way. Hey be a Ginger -AND- a Mary Ann! Be the stripper AND the girl he wants to take home to wife. Be a housewife -AND- a hooker. Whatever happened to being human? Whatever happened to women not being forced to live up to an expectation but the one’s they set for themselves? Oh women shouldn’t have goals, how silly of me…

The more and more time I spend on earth, the more I see people lap this stuff up without a thought or a care. What’s sad is that Tucker Max’s work isn’t even remotely profound or earth shattering- it’s all a pathetic overstatement of a man who needs to prove HIS status to people he hardly knows. His mindset is what keeps society from progressing because it’s so materialistic and SHALLOW, and not shallow because he picks girls based on looks, no- SHALLOW he ultimately admits he just needs to be able “to brag or tell a story”, making his attitude classist and elitist. Tucker’s stuff is what keeps society indoctrinated into the status quo, his mindless male chauvinistic crap is what men who need to validate their gender roles read to convince themselves they’re amazing instead of flawed human beings. But it’s not so much him as THIS system. And he’s apart of that. Tucker Max is a total corporate shrill. He’s simply there to keep the ignorant even more ignorant and jaded while other things go on. And you people, are hands down, the most brainless simpletons of them all; eating up all these lame, fake stories about a guy who’s PRIVILEGED (Seriously, his dad owns a restaurant in Florida), trying to act like some hard core douchebag. It was funny when we were in High School, but the man is reaching his 40s.

When did we stop teaching our young men to be outstanding people? This whole “boys will be boys” crap is what’s created people like Tucker Max. It’s time you stopped being repulsed by him and DO something about it. America, YOU created Tucker Max.

All I’ve got to say is that he isn’t going to live past the age of 40 at the rate he’s drinking. Depending on how much you dislike him, you can view that as a good or bad thing. But there’s going to be more Tucker Maxs in the future where he came from.

Yes, he's an asshole, and frankly, girls are eating it up. It's being replicated thousands of times over on Friday and Saturday nights in bars across America. Beautiful girls are running like lemmings to over-confident alpha males like Max who denigrate and insult them, reinforcing their behavior as a foolproof persona women can't resist. An entire industry has cropped up (i.e. The Mystery Method, etc.) teaching men how to be an asshole in a manner women reward, just as they do Max.

Of course, this leaves women lacking for those "boring" men who are more likely to, you know, be reliable husbands and fathers.

Only Tucker Max (and thousands of other alpha males like him) is responsible for his own behavior, but the girls lining up to be the next conquest for jerks like this might be a sign that Tucker Max and his less famous clones are only part of the equation.

Of course evereyone deserves respect. Sure some people go out of their way to bring themselves down but that doesnt mean its ok for other people to treat them like that.

I have read most of his stories and they're not bad but it's quite obvious to me that he is grossly exaggerating every small thing that happens. He seems to be twisting the truth quite a bit on some of the stories and even admitted to it after a 'victim' wrote to him.
