CC Beauty Live: A+ For Mario Badescu’s Whitening Mask
So I’m taking a break from makeup and hair tips because I have a major idea block, and I wanted to add product reviews into our weekly meetings. I know what it’s like to see new products on store shelves and not want to waste money on something that could totally suck, so let me know what you’re looking for. I’ll tell you if it’s worth the money and, if not, what product is. So post ideas of tips, looks, and reviews that you want to see from me!
In the meantime, this week I’m reviewing one of my favorite products: Mario Badescu’s Whitening Mask. It’s totes amazing and will leave your skin looking faboosh! Yeah, I just said faboosh. It’s the only way to describe the miracle-worker that is Mario Badescu.

Maybe you could take looks from different celebrities and show how to recreate them easily…. I know some people look up specific looks a lot.

Hey Caitlin! I am always trying to get the perfect smoky eye, can you review the "Sephora Brand double-ended smokey eye brush" (item # 1169861 on their website) its $18 and I don't want to buy it unless its worth it. Thanks!

Hmmm…this mask sounds really interesting. I'm worried it would take my freckles away, though. I might have to try it like a spot-treatment or something. Do you know whether it helps undereye circles at all? I get way less sleep than I should.
As for ideas, I've never been able to figure out how to apply cream or liquid blush without it looking too strong or like blotchy stains in the middle of my cheeks. I'm also not really sure how to go about washing my make-up brushes; I just kind of do it haphazardly. Help with the undereye circle thing after a late night wouldn't hurt, either. Hope this helps!

reviews of products that weather proof hair would be great this time of year, as would reviews of mineral makeup (clinique's got a new powder out.)
makeup removing face wipes that are actually gentle and effective (not scratchy and burny.) perhaps something specifically for sensitive skin?

El-that's a good idea! Maybe I'll recreate some of the red carpet looks we've been seeing this award season.
Claire-I actually don't have that brush either! I've been wanting to get it..I have each end of that brush separately so if you want I can review those two and that may help you. I will be doing a smokey eye tutorial soon.
Jenna-it doesn't take away freckles. I have a lot of freckles too, and it doesn't do anything to them because it specifically targets redness. I haven't really tried it for undereye circles, but I do know a few products for circles that I could review for you. I will do a liquid/cream blush tutorial-it's tricky! And the makeup brush thing is good too. Thanks!
oobunillaoo-those are good ideas. I do have a few hair products I've been wanting to review. And I know some good makeup wipes (I've got sensitive skin too!).
These are awesome ideas, thanks
Keep em comin!

I would actually like some more product reviews like this one. =) I think a clean canvas is important and so I would love to hear your opinion on (affordable) skin products. Since this video I've tried both the whitening mask and the drying lotion from Mario B, and thank you SO MUCH!!! My skin hasn't looked this good since before puberty! So I would definitely like some more product videos, like maybe Mario's Silver Powder which is supposed to get rid of blackheads. I've been eyeballing that sucker but I'm not sure if its worth the trouble. Have you tried it yet?
