WHEN I double the recipe, I sometimes use a crock pot rather than the saucepan for the last part, because the doubled recipe is a LOT to fit in a reasonably sized skillet, so where it says: Bring to a boil. Reduce heat   simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Read instead: Put the chicken/onion/garlic mix into the crock pot with everything you haven&#039;t used yet (except the sour   whipping cream), and either cook it on high if you only have a few hours, or on low if you have all day. 4. I don&#039;t like sour cream, so I don&#039;t use it.]]></description>
