The issue is that women hold back their orgasms. Not to be accusatory ladies because when girls climax they get the urge to ejaculate and fear it’s pee. Since no one tells them it isn’t pee, they try to hold it back and with more practice (more orgasms) they get to a point where it is nearly automatic. This would all be great but your body isn’t stupid. Just like a guy can’t pee while climaxing, neither can a woman. It’s an entirely different liquid and just acts as lubricant for the most part. The act of holding back “pee” actually lessens orgasms and makes the whole experience more tense. With kegels, yes they will make orgasms better but their gains will be diminished until one mentally (and physically) let’s go of the fear of peeing.

Depending on the muscles though, things can get wet but throw down a towel and you’ll be too busy enjoying yourself to care. And if the guy can’t handle it, get a new one.
