We don't know how he deals with things. Maybe he's always really nervous around you and needs a few drinks of liquid confidence. He could be really shy not being forward enough to show that he's interesting. He could be just a guy that's coming over for a little this and that and nothing more. Who knows? Sit him down (when he's sober...) and get it and ask him what he where he wants you to go. Don't waste any more time and emotion on this.
